Simple Hotsilog Recipe

How to Make Delicious Hotsilog
Kids love hotdogs so moms always included hotdogs during breakfast. In Philippines, they have their Hotsilog, which stands for Hotdog, sinangag (fried rice) and itlog (egg). A very delicious breakfast that you can serve with your family. How, we're going to make hotsilog to serve to our kids for their breakfast.
Simple Hotsilog Recipe

Ingredients.
  • Hotdogs
  • Remaining cooked rice
  • egg
  • oil
  • salt
  • garlic
  • onions

Procedure:

  1. Heat the pan, add some oil.
  2. Add the hotdogs and fried.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Heat the pan, add some oil.
  5. Add the egg and cook sunny side up.
  6. Add some salt, and set aside.
  7. Heat the pan and add oil.
  8. Saute the garlic and onions.
  9. Add the rice and mix.
  10. Add some salt to taste.

Serving:
In a large plate, put-in the fried rice, the egg and the hotdogs.
Add some fresh tomatoes.
Serve while hot.

Other suggestions:
Other people add green peas to their fried rice.
Also you can sprinkle it while onion leaves.
