How to Make Delicious Cornsilog
Pinoy Cornsilog stands for Corned Beef, Sinangag (fried rice) and Itlog (egg). A very simple dish that usually served during breakfast. Now, we're going to make a simple delicious pinoy cornsilog.
- 1 can corned beef
- egg
- medium size onion, sliced
- garlic, crushed
- salt
- remaining rice (old steamed rice)
- oil
Procedure:
- Heat the pan and add oil.
- Saute the garlic and onion.
- Add the remaining rice. Mix.
- Add salt to taste. Set aside.
- Heat the pan and add oil.
- Cook the egg. Sunny side up.
- Add salt to taste. Set aside.
- Heat the pan and add oil.
- Saute garlic and onions.
- Add the corned beef.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the medium onions.
- Remove from heat.
Serve:
In a large plate, put-in the rice, the egg and the corned beef.
Sprinkle with onion leaves.
Add some fresh tomatoes.
Serve with family during breakfast.

Other people put some large onion sliced and green peas in their cornsilog to make it more delicious.
