Simple Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe

How to Make Delicious Chicken Salad Sandwich
Hi there Mommies, let's make delicious chicken salad sandwich for our kids. You can also prepare it for breakfast, snacks (merienda) or baon. So, let's start with the ingredients.

Ingredients:
  • Boneless and skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickle relish
  • onion (diced)
  • bread (you can also use half sliced)
  • 1 head small lettuce (remove core and rinse) or you can also use cabbage if you want
Procedure: 
  1. Place chicken in a pot and cover with water
  2. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain and shred the chicken, then set aside.
  5. Combine shredded chicken with mayonnaise, pickle relish and onion.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Toast bread. (If you don't have toaster, you can heat it in a pan) until light brown.

Serving:
  1. Arrange the lettuce (cabagge) and the chicken salad in the toasted bread.
  2. You can wrap it with tissue and place in a large plate.
  3. Serve it with drinks and enjoy
