Simple Adobo Flakes Recipe

Simple Adobo Flakes Recipe
Ingredients:
  • Pork (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • Oil
  • Garlic (crushed)Onion
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Bay leaf
  • 1 cup water

Procedure: 
  1. Season the pork with small amount of salt.
  2. Heat the pan and add oil.
  3. Cook the pork until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. In the same pan, saute the garlic and onions.
  5. Add back the pork.
  6. Add vinegar and simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the soy sauce, bay leaf and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Add the water and cook for 45 minutes or until the water reduce and became sauce and coat the pork.
  9. Remove from heat and place in refrigerator for a night.
  10. Remove the bay leaf from shredded pork.
  11. In a pan, heat oil and add the shred pork.
  12. Cook the shred pork until crispy.
  13. Remove from heat.

Serving:
Transfer into plate.
Serve with hot rice, egg and spiced vinegar.

Other Suggestions:
You can add calamansi for additional taste and put some sili (pepper) for some spicy taste.
